Refreshed my Strawpage
The "rebranding" is over — as I call it! I dunno why, but every few months I get an urge to change my socials design. Like somebody's watching me and it matters how my profiles look lol. As I can see, popular artists in the online art community don't really care about decorating their profiles. Guess whyyy??? Because they do things, they make content, lmao!! That's what represents them, not the decorations on an info post. Many of them don't even have those "aesthetic" strawpages or rentries. And I care too much about decorations, like I'm a "profile designer" and not an artist (─.─||) Maybe it's because I've been procrastinating on drawing so much that I have nothing else to do but care about my "image", that's why it's hard for me to call myself an artist. I'm an artist who doesn't draw ಥ‿ಥ But maybe it's not that bad that nobody watches me, and I just sit in my own bubble, in my own corner, nobody touches me, and I do whatever I want.

Back to the strawpage. I hope this design will last longer than the previous one. Actually, I used to try imitating emo and scene kid styles just to "fit into" the IZ fandom (〒﹏〒) but now I see no reason to "seem". Even though I love some emo and scene music artists, their visual aesthetic still feels distant to me. I've always been drawn to animanga and kawaii, I don't know why. Even though I mostly draw IZ-related stuff, I don't look like an IZ fan at first glance. Oh well... I choose “to be happy”. My presence in this fandom is pretty much invisible anyway, because I make content about my fan-characters and nothing about canon IZ characters. I just don't find them interesting in fan art, sorry not sorry ┐(‘～`;)┌ And the philosophy behind Vasquez's creations is more important to me than the "shell".
So, my style is now kind of blue heisei retro with a mix of other things I like. And there are doggies!! ^^ 'cause I like their playfulness, kindness, and silliness. I'm gonna change my Tumblr info post later and my pfp when I draw at least some decent art that works as a pfp. I don't have a wide choice... (-----___-----)
